Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to reach overhead, below knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
  • Willingness to follow safety and security policies
  • Willingness to complete safety training
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Ability to maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods
  • Break down goods and clean all equipment and areas
  • Return equipment to proper locations
  • Lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, and lock doors
  • Complete daily cleaning checklist
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day
  • Follow company and safety policies
  • Report accidents and unsafe work conditions
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests
  • Speak clearly and professionally
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Support team to reach goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • Move over various surfaces
  • Perform other job duties as requested
