Job Duties

  • Quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables
  • communicating with the kitchen and waitstaff to determine needs and relay special requests
  • keeping the expo line clean and organized and cleaning tables after service
  • monitoring and replenishing condiments and supplies
  • checking the doneness, appearance, and presentation of finished dishes and ensuring they meet presentation standards
  • addressing customer complaints and needs and providing excellent customer service
  • assisting with setting tables for new customers
  • expediting carryout and catering orders
