Job Duties
- Quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables
- communicating with the kitchen and waitstaff to determine needs and relay special requests
- keeping the expo line clean and organized and cleaning tables after service
- monitoring and replenishing condiments and supplies
- checking the doneness, appearance, and presentation of finished dishes and ensuring they meet presentation standards
- addressing customer complaints and needs and providing excellent customer service
- assisting with setting tables for new customers
- expediting carryout and catering orders
