Job Duties

  • Stocks and organizes food service areas in preparation of service
  • assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
  • work efficiently under pressure especially during busy periods to ensure orders are delivered timely
  • primarily assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
  • have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
  • deliver food to table accurately while identifying and describing each plate
  • assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
  • clean up equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
  • deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
