Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • prior luxury hotel experience is a plus
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 200 pounds

Job Duties

  • Stock and organize food service areas in preparation for service
  • assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
  • work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • assist food & beverage and culinary teams with food orders
  • maintain full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
  • deliver food accurately to tables while describing each plate
  • assist with bussing and setting up tables when necessary
  • clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies
  • deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
