Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- prior luxury hotel experience is a plus
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 200 pounds

Job Duties
- Stock and organize food service areas in preparation for service
- assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
- work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely delivery of orders
- assist food & beverage and culinary teams with food orders
- maintain full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- deliver food accurately to tables while describing each plate
- assist with bussing and setting up tables when necessary
- clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies
- deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
