Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or club setting
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capacity to lift up to 40 pounds
  • good interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to follow policies and procedures
  • commitment to providing excellent member service

Job Duties

  • provide a warm welcoming greeting to members and their guests
  • ensure timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
  • provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service
  • serve alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines
  • deliver food accurately and promptly as ordered
  • assist culinary team with assigned tasks
  • perform opening and closing duties and maintain clean organized service areas
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • restock supplies and alert management of shortages
  • prepare and process guest payments accurately
  • attend all informational meetings
  • handle member complaints regarding food quality and service
  • fill in where needed to ensure efficient operations
