Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- ability to work in a moderate noise environment

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcoming greeting to members and their guests
- ensure timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
- serve members all food and beverage requirements attentively and courteously
- responsibly serve alcohol in compliance with laws and guidelines
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and specials
- deliver food accurately and promptly from kitchen to table
- assist culinary team with assigned tasks
- fulfill additional member requests
- perform opening and closing duties thoroughly
- maintain clean and organized bar and service areas
- assist team members as needed
- communicate positively with team and management
- restock items and alert management of shortages
- prepare and tender guest payments accurately
- report health and safety concerns immediately
- attend all informational meetings
- uphold all policies and standards of The Quin
- assume responsibility for quality of services
- assist in member complaint investigations
- perform other related duties as assigned
- fill in where needed to ensure efficient operations
