Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Providing a warm welcoming greeting to members and guests
- Ensuring timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
- Leading and fostering a positive work culture
- Serving food and beverages attentively and courteously
- Serving alcohol responsibly within all legal guidelines
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of menus and specials
- Delivering food accurately and promptly
- Assisting culinary team with tasks
- Performing opening and closing duties with urgency
- Keeping bar and service areas clean and organized
- Communicating effectively with team members and management
- Restocking supplies and reporting shortages
- Handling guest payments accurately
- Reporting health and safety concerns immediately
- Assisting in member complaint investigations
- Filling in as needed across food and beverage outlets
- Accepting additional reasonable tasks as assigned
