Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Providing a warm welcoming greeting to members and guests
  • Ensuring timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
  • Leading and fostering a positive work culture
  • Serving food and beverages attentively and courteously
  • Serving alcohol responsibly within all legal guidelines
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of menus and specials
  • Delivering food accurately and promptly
  • Assisting culinary team with tasks
  • Performing opening and closing duties with urgency
  • Keeping bar and service areas clean and organized
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management
  • Restocking supplies and reporting shortages
  • Handling guest payments accurately
  • Reporting health and safety concerns immediately
  • Assisting in member complaint investigations
  • Filling in as needed across food and beverage outlets
  • Accepting additional reasonable tasks as assigned
