Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality role
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Responsible alcohol service certification if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
- Ability to provide personalized, attentive service
- Leadership skills to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle member complaints professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Understanding of alcohol service laws and guidelines

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests
- Ensure timely service in accordance with The Quin service standards
- Instill a culture of respect and foster staff development through training
- Serve food and beverages attentively, courteously, and efficiently
- Serve alcohol responsibly following all laws and guidelines
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and specials
- Deliver orders accurately and assist culinary team with duties
- Fulfill additional member requests and perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Assist in investigation of member complaints
- Fill in as needed to uphold guest service standards
- Assume responsibility for quality of services provided
- Perform other related duties as assigned
