Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to assist in food and beverage service tasks
- prior luxury hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Stock and organize food service areas in preparation of service
- assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders
- work efficiently under pressure especially during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
- primarily assist the food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
- clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies
- deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
