Job Duties
- Stocks and organizes food service areas in preparation of service
- assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates and assembling orders as needed
- work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely delivery of orders
- primarily assist food and beverage and culinary team with food orders
- have full knowledge of the menu and cooking preparations
- deliver food to tables accurately while identifying and describing each plate
- assist with bussing tables or setting up tables when necessary
- clean up all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
- deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
