Job Requirements
- Prior food runner experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with guests and staff
- Ability to comprehend recipes and menus
- Ability to perform basic math
- Knowledge of company and department rules, policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

Job Duties
- Inspect and place food and non-food products delivered from warehouse in designated areas in the kitchen, label food products as needed
- Pick up food ordered on a daily basis from Garde Manger, Main Kitchen, Butcher Shop
- Maintain the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and organization, following Health Department rules and regulations including product rotation, labeling, monitoring temperature logs from freezer and coolers
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all customers and staff
- Perform related work as requested
