Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior food runner experience
- ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner
- skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with guests and staff
- ability to comprehend recipes and menus
- ability to perform basic math
- full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures
- ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

Job Duties
- Inspect and place food and non-food products delivered from warehouse in designated areas in the kitchen
- label food products as needed
- pick up food ordered on a daily basis from Garde Manger, Main Kitchen, Butcher Shop
- maintain the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and organization following Health Department rules and regulations including product rotation, labeling, and monitoring temperature logs from freezer and coolers
- follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- provide courteous and friendly service to all customers and staff
- perform related work as requested
