Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist servers and bartenders with running food and drinks to guests
- Demonstrate ownership in carrying out service standards
- Multitask efficiently while serving multiple guest needs
- Ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed
- Verify that all food products are fresh and of quality
- Deliver bread and water to guests
- Clear tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and linens
- Reset tables for new guests
- Transport all necessary food items from kitchen to dining room promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and greet guests
- Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area
- Complete all closing duties including locking area and turning off equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of server area machinery
- Perform additional tasks as needed or directed
