Job Duties
- deliver banquet food to all areas of the hotel
- set up and organize service equipment including china, silverware, and glassware
- maintain communication with stewarding, culinary, and banquet teams
- assist with the timely delivery of event-related items
- ensure cleanliness and orderliness of service stations
- support banquet team in event execution
- adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays
