Job Requirements

  • prior experience in food service or banquet environments preferred
  • physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • deliver banquet food to all areas of the hotel
  • set up and organize service equipment including china, silverware, and glassware
  • maintain communication with stewarding, culinary, and banquet teams
  • assist with the timely delivery of event-related items
  • ensure cleanliness and orderliness of service stations
  • support banquet team in event execution
  • adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays
