Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to lift and move moderate weight
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • deliver banquet food to all areas of the hotel
  • set up, deliver, and organize service equipment such as china, silverware, and glassware
  • communicate effectively with stewarding, culinary, and banquet teams
  • lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ensure timely delivery of all needed items
  • support the success of banquet events
