Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • availability to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
  • prior experience in banquet or hospitality environment preferred
  • commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Job Duties

  • Deliver banquet food to all areas of the hotel
  • set up, deliver, and organize service equipment including china, silverware, glassware, and serving tools
  • communicate effectively with Stewarding, Culinary, and Banquet teams
  • ensure timely delivery of all banquet items
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet service areas
  • support event success by coordinating logistics
  • lift, pull, and push moderate weight as needed
