Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related experience in food service operation and/or training
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
- Greets each guest approaching their station
- Maintains current and accurate information regarding food items such as preparation techniques, seasonings, and ingredients
- Responsible for wiping down server-side expo area and touching areas as needed
- Removes all tainted dishware and trashes to dish pit
- Sweeps floors and keeps them clean and dry throughout shift
- Ensures a successful tray-up and run delivery of all ordered items properly to the corresponding table
