Job Requirements
- at least 6 months kitchen experience in a high volume establishment
- high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Provide quality food and service to guests
- ensure hot food from kitchen is served immediately
- ensure plate presentations meet culinary guidelines
- prioritize hot food at kitchen window
- greet and serve meals to customers
- be familiar with all steps of server food service
- observe sanitary and safety requirements
- maintain cleanliness and proper food temperature
- ensure consistent food flow from kitchen to guest
- adhere to departmental and company policies
- assist with expediting food orders during slow periods
- act as a role model to employees
