- At least 6 months kitchen experience in a high volume establishment
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Provide quality food and service to guests
- Ensure hot food is served promptly from kitchen to dining room
- Maintain plate presentations within culinary guidelines including portion and condiments
- Prioritize hot food at the kitchen window waiting to be served
- Greet and serve meals ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Be familiar with all service steps performed by servers
- Observe all sanitary and safety requirements
