Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service preferred
- State-certified proper food handling certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
Job Qualifications
- General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred
- Obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, food runner, and management) as situations arise
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
