Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • State-certified food handler certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations preferred
  • Obtain state-certified proper food handling certification
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment efficiently

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates such as servers, bussers, hosts/hostesses, food runners, and management as situations arise
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards according to restaurant expectations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to enhance workflow
  • Support an extraordinary guest dining experience by adhering to core values and service expectations
