Job Duties

  • Uphold company policies and procedures including work schedules dress code and attendance guidelines
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Ensure all perishable items used behind the bar are labeled dated and rotated to maintain quality control
  • Provide prompt professional friendly and personalized service to guests
  • Perform opening side work and set up station
  • Attend and participate in training sessions and department meetings
  • Provide professional and exceptional food and beverage service
  • Serve wine and alcohol responsibly with awareness
  • Set up the front line with small wares plate ware and equipment needed to serve all food items
  • Keep the station restocked clean trays and tray stands read order tickets and place them onto the ticket minder
  • Track cooking times on all food orders and check plate presentation appearance and proper doneness
  • Garnish finished entrees according to restaurant procedures and assist servers to improve guest dining experience
  • Perform all side work in front and back of restaurant as scheduled or assigned by management
  • Deliver orders to guests tables while food is still hot and notify waitstaff when orders are ready
