Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food running or dining room service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Uphold company policies and procedures including adhering to work schedules, dress code, and attendance guidelines
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Ensure all perishable items used behind the bar are labeled, dated, rotated, and discarded appropriately to maintain quality control
- Provide prompt, professional, friendly, and personalized service to guests
- Perform opening side work and set up stations
- Attend and participate in training sessions and department meetings
- Provide professional and exceptional food and beverage service
- Properly serve wine and alcohol with awareness
- Set up the front line with small wares, plate ware, and equipment needed to effectively serve all food items
- Keep station restocked, clean small and large trays and tray stands, read order tickets, and place them onto the ticket minder
- Track cooking times on all food orders and check for plate presentation, appearance, and proper doneness
- Garnish finished entrees according to restaurant procedures and assist servers to improve guest dining experience
- Perform all side work in the front and back of the restaurant as scheduled or assigned by management
- Deliver orders to guests' tables while food is still hot and notify waitstaff when orders are ready
