Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by delivering quality food to guests and maintaining frequent communication with servers
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Accurately answer guest questions regarding menu selections
- Complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy dining environment
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as a representative of the establishment
