Job Duties
- Provide service to all casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- work all shifts as required
- pick up empty glasses and return them to proper areas
- take drink orders, present drinks to customers, clear tables and serve food in assigned area
- maintain a clean station and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins
- possess complete knowledge of job procedures
- treat all guests promptly and courteously
- know the menu items, specials and prices
- complete all side work and duties in a timely manner
- offer assistance to all guests regardless of seating
- ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- handle guest complaints and problems courteously and promptly
- maintain communication between shifts
- remain updated on departmental policies and procedures
- comply with all departmental rules and assignments
- perform all other assigned duties
