Job Requirements
- Ability to lift at least twenty pounds at one time and grip necessary items such as glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
- Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide service to all casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Be willing to work all shifts
- Pick up empty glasses and return them to the proper area
- Work in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food
- Maintain a clean station at all times and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins
- Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- Ensure guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Know menu items, specials, and prices
- Complete all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner
- Offer assistance to all guests regardless of seating
- Work to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Handle guests' complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Keep work area clean
- Ensure thorough communication between shifts
- Remain up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all departmental rules, side work assignments and procedures
- Perform all other duties specified or assigned
