Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service by delivering food to tables in a timely manner
- Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment for refreshment bars
- Perform routine inventory of refreshment bar items daily
- Stay updated on cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
- Demonstrate prompt and efficient service to bartenders, beverage servers, and supervisors
