- provide detailed information about resort amenities and local attractions
- handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- uphold safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff
