- Must have a current Food Handlers card
- Previous food running, busser, server assistant experience in a professional setting is preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Familiarize yourself with the menu items and their components to accurately deliver each dish to the correct table
- Coordinate with the kitchen to prioritize orders and ensure that food is prepared and plated according to guest specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food running stations and service areas, in adherence to health and safety standards
- Assist servers in any way necessary to ensure exceptional guest experiences, including refilling drinks, clearing tables, and addressing guest inquiries
- Communicate effectively with guests to confirm order accuracy and address any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Monitor dining areas for spills, debris, or other cleanliness issues and take appropriate action to remedy the situation
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak dining hours, to ensure timely delivery of food orders and guest satisfaction
- Uphold the resort's standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues
- Assist with beverage service, including refilling water glasses and delivering beverages to tables, to support the overall service flow and enhance guest satisfaction
- Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of table setup and maintenance, ensuring that tables are impeccably presented, and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and hygiene standards, including food safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and sanitary dining environment for guests and staff
- Participate in updated training for the bar and menu items
- Notify Supervisors immediately of any product shortages or out-of-stock items
- Have a working knowledge of draft beer systems and how to properly change a keg
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recooking orders, and product availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to resort standards
- Anticipate and address guests` service needs
- Speak with others using a clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support your team to reach common goals
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
