Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for entire shifts
  • Ability to work in a high noise, fluctuating temperature environment
  • Missouri Gaming Commission license required
  • Must be able to carry trays and maneuver in confined spaces
  • Ability to pre-bus, clear, and clean tables without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in front of house hospitality
  • Knowledge of menu items and food service procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, carrying, and maneuvering as required
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to assist with food exposition duties

Job Duties

  • Prepares and checks plate presentation for accuracy and ticket times
  • Interacts with guests and has knowledge of all menu items
  • Communicates salad bar needs and other food issues to kitchen
  • Opens and closes side duties
  • Maintains assigned station and equipment clean and sanitary
  • Assists Chef and Sous Chef in food exposition including pulling plates, wiping plates, adding garnishes, and organizing plates for runners
  • Occasionally handles pass when Chef or Sous Chef are off the line
