Job Requirements
- able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- capable of pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk continuously for entire shifts
- mobility to maneuver in tight and confined areas
- able to work in a noisy, high-volume environment
- ability to clear, bus, and clean tables without assistance
- may require Missouri Gaming Commission license
- must be able to work under physically demanding conditions
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of front-of-house experience in hospitality
- knowledge of all menu items
- ability to interact professionally with guests
- physical dexterity to carry trays and work in fast-paced environment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- prepares and checks plate presentation for accuracy and ticket times
- interacts with guests and maintains knowledge of all menu items
- communicates salad bar needs and food issues to the kitchen
- performs opening and closing side duties
- maintains assigned station and equipment in clean and sanitary condition
- assists Chef and Sous Chef in expediting food including pulling plates, wiping plates, adding garnishes, and organizing plates in ticket order
- handles the pass occasionally when Chef or Sous Chef are off the line
