Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • mobility to move easily in service areas
  • stand and walk continuously during shifts
  • ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • capability to pre-bus, clear, and clean tables independently
  • work in noisy and temperature-fluctuating environments
  • obtain Missouri Gaming Commission license
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • teamwork and flexibility

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in front-of-house hospitality
  • knowledge of menu items and guest service practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • physical stamina and dexterity
  • effective communication skills
  • basic food safety and sanitation understanding

Job Duties

  • Prepare and check plate presentation for accuracy and ticket times
  • interact with guests and demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
  • communicate salad bar needs and food issues to the kitchen
  • perform opening and closing side duties
  • maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
  • assist chef and sous chef in expediting food including plate finishing and organizing
  • occasionally handle the pass during chef or sous chef absences
