Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- mobility to move easily in service areas
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to maneuver in tight, confined spaces
- ability to work in noisy, variable temperature environments
- willingness to perform opening and closing duties
- may require a Missouri Gaming Commission license
- physical dexterity to carry trays
- ability to clear and clean tables without assistance
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in front of house hospitality
- knowledge of menu items and food presentation standards
- ability to interact professionally with guests
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift and carry trays and equipment
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- prepare and check plate presentation for food orders
- ensure accuracy and ticket times for food going out
- interact with guests and possess knowledge of all menu items
- communicate salad bar needs and other food issues to the kitchen
- perform opening and closing side duties
- maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
- assist Chef and Sous Chef with expoing food as needed including adding finishing garnishes and organizing plates
