- prior experience in high volume and full-service restaurant or food and beverage outlet preferred
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- upscale dining experience required
- candidates must have prior experience working in fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
