Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of fine dining service and must have full familiarity with menus
- Tray balance
- Ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Station set-up and breakdown: large trays and cocktail trays, silverware, napkin folds, polishing station
- Carry trays through double doors with only one hand
- Polish silverware
- Replenish silverware and napkin folds
- Occasional food prep assigned by the kitchen manager
- All other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
