Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to carry heavy trays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols

  • Previous food runner, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to carry trays/food items and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests or assigned service areas promptly
  • Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery
  • Assist with setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and managers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Collect and return used dishes, trays, and utensils to designated areas
  • Support staff with restocking and basic cleaning as needed
  • Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
