- At least one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Food Handler's Card
- ability to demonstrate speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks
- must be able to follow directions easily and work accurately
- have strong customer service skills
- ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- physical ability and stamina to carry trays weighing up to 35 lbs and stand for long hours

Job Duties
- Take out food in a timely manner and correctly read tickets and numbers to give out food
- take directions from supervisory or lead staff to promptly get food to the correct ticket
- clean area around you throughout the shift
- restock low stock items
- put away food
- communicate with servers regarding guest requests for drink refills or food orders
- ensure guests have appropriate tableware and condiments
