Job Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Physically able to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of hospitality and customer service principles
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations in food service environments
Job Qualifications
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Capacity to provide a customized experience for every Guest
- Prior experience in food running or a related hospitality role is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
