Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Great attitude and approach to guests and team members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a customized experience for every guest
Job Duties
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
