Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the schedule
- wear uniform that meets restaurant requirements and maintain cleanliness
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during work shifts
- exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others with duties as needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- perform all duties while maintaining knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
