Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the schedule
  • wear uniform that meets restaurant requirements and maintain cleanliness
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during work shifts
  • exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
  • handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • cooperate with management and co-workers by assisting others with duties as needed
  • communicate suggestions for improvement positively
  • follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
  • know emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • perform all duties while maintaining knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
