Job Requirements

Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to stand and walk frequently
use hands to feel or handle items
reach with arms and hands
stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch
occasionally sit, climb or balance
frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
ability to read and speak English
ability to work in moderate to high noise levels
willingness to work in outdoor temperatures up to 120 degrees during special events

Job Qualifications

Less than high school or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience and/or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings

Job Duties

Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner
prepares and serves food and beverage items
assists with refilling of beverages
bussing tables
maintains organized and clean work area
ensures accuracy of orders and verifies presentation before service
ensure opening and closing checklists are complete
