Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in high volume kitchen operations
  • Experience as an expeditor or server in a high volume food service environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions
  • Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work fast-paced, loud, and stressful environments
  • Willingness to work special events as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in high volume kitchen operations
  • Experience as an expeditor or server in a high volume food service environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Preferred experience with point of sales systems

Job Duties

  • Assist concessions/food room to ensure all kitchen orders are delivered promptly, courteously, and efficiently
  • Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to HOB service standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
  • Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout shifts
  • Keep floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and obstacles
  • Clean all spills immediately and use floor signs to caution guests and staff
  • Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  • Clean and stock line to par throughout shifts
  • Keep current on all standard operating procedures
  • Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
  • Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow all safety standards
  • Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue
