Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Food service experience preferred
- Customer service experience and/or training preferred
- A valid WA State Food Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required
- A valid WA State Class 12 Alcohol Permit required

Job Duties
- Exemplify Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Assemble food orders at the expeditor station or assist Chef/Sous Chef with assembling food orders, ensuring orders are prepared according to the servers’ tickets
- Deliver food promptly from kitchen to guest professionally and according to service standards
- Assist food servers and bussers by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages
- Perform side work and any other opening or closing duties as required, maintaining clean wait staff stations and expediting areas throughout shifts
- Alert management of any service or safety issues and make appropriate service recovery gestures as per guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate additional guest requests to food servers immediately
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment, promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
