Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40-50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture)
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
- Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely
- Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas)
- Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely
- Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
- Ability to learn menu items and service procedures
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Exude energy and enthusiasm as you deliver food orders to our guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of food delivery and exceptional guest experience
- Provide attentive and friendly service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workstation and dining area
- Be knowledgeable about our menu offerings and ingredients, able to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
