Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 40-50 lbs e.g. trays dish racks furniture
- Frequent bending stooping kneeling reaching and twisting
- Manual dexterity to handle dishes glassware and cleaning tools safely
- Ability to work in a hot wet and noisy environment kitchen and dining areas
- Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely
- Visual and auditory ability to identify spills hazards and guest needs
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules inclusive of weekends and all holidays
- Ability to learn menu items and service procedures
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Exude energy and enthusiasm as you deliver food orders to our guests ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of food delivery and exceptional guest experience
- Provide attentive and friendly service going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workstation and dining area
- Be knowledgeable about menu offerings and ingredients able to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations
- Act as a brand ambassador creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
