Job Duties

  • Welcome every guest like they are walking into your home
  • Serve up the best part of the guest experience - the culinary experience
  • Follow service steps as outlined
  • Double check each dish at Expo for accuracy, special requests, and timing
  • Garnish and finish every plate before it leaves the kitchen, following recipe specifications
  • Move with purpose and positivity, staying calm and focused during busy times
  • Ensure food arrives promptly, presented by seat numbers, and at the right temperature
  • Maintain all health and sanitation standards
  • Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
  • Act as the link between the dining room and the kitchen, communicating effectively
  • Work with Chef and kitchen to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo area
  • Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
  • Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
  • Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain high energy and seamless service
