Job Duties
- Welcome every guest like they are walking into your home
- Serve up the best part of the guest experience - the culinary experience
- Follow service steps as outlined
- Double check each dish at Expo for accuracy, special requests, and timing
- Garnish and finish every plate before it leaves the kitchen, following recipe specifications
- Move with purpose and positivity, staying calm and focused during busy times
- Ensure food arrives promptly, presented by seat numbers, and at the right temperature
- Maintain all health and sanitation standards
- Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
- Act as the link between the dining room and the kitchen, communicating effectively
- Work with Chef and kitchen to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo area
- Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
- Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
- Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain high energy and seamless service
