- double check each dish at expo for accuracy, special requests, and timing
- garnish and finish every plate before it leaves the kitchen, following recipe specs
- move with purpose and positivity, staying calm and focused even when the restaurant is buzzing
- ensure food arrives promptly, presented by seat numbers, and at the right temperature
