Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar lounge or full-service restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Full understanding of Martorano's rules policies and procedures

- Ability to read write and communicate verbally in English
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend stretch twist and reach regularly
- Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensuring all hot food is promptly delivered within 90 seconds after it's placed in the take out window
- Delivering correct orders to guests with precision avoiding the need for auctioning of food
- Quietly setting plates on tables ensuring the entree is facing the guest
- Addressing guest requests promptly and satisfactorily escalating to the appropriate server if necessary
- Ensuring all delivered food is garnished correctly and accompanied by the proper condiments
- Having a comprehensive understanding of reading tickets and maintaining a clean well-stocked line
- Providing prompt courteous service to all guests and team members maintaining a friendly atmosphere
