Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar, lounge, or full-service restaurant
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with staff and other departments
- Full understanding of Martorano’s rules, policies, and procedures
- A positive attitude, displaying a spirit of enjoyment in your work and interactions with guests
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays, and obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Job Duties
- Ensuring all hot food is promptly delivered within 90 seconds after it's placed in the take out window
- Delivering correct orders to guests with precision, avoiding the need for auctioning of food
- Quietly setting plates on tables, ensuring the entree is facing the guest
- Addressing guest requests promptly and satisfactorily
- escalating to the appropriate server if necessary
- Ensuring all delivered food is garnished correctly and accompanied by the proper condiments
- Having a comprehensive understanding of reading tickets and maintaining a clean, well-stocked line
- Providing prompt, courteous service to all guests and team members, maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Following Martorano’s standards of hospitality by greeting guests warmly and maintaining eye contact
- Demonstrating full knowledge of table numbers and position points within Martorano’s
- Assisting team members as needed, including pre-bussing glassware and plates
- Performing side work, cleaning, and organizing tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean, well-groomed appearance in compliance with Martorano’s uniform and dress code standards
- Adhering to proper sanitation procedures and performing related tasks as requested
