Job Duties

  • Promptly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring each dish is presented correctly and promptly
  • Engage with guests during service to confirm satisfaction, address immediate needs, and enhance their overall dining experience
  • Respond quickly and professionally to special or last-minute guest requests, demonstrating flexibility and attentiveness
  • Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and food safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Support the front-of-house team by clearing tables efficiently, removing used dishes, utensils, and waste to uphold cleanliness standards
  • Assist in pre-service setup by ensuring tables are properly arranged with clean linens, utensils, and any necessary décor to create a polished presentation
  • Ensure all guests have the appropriate tableware and condiments required to enjoy their meal with comfort and ease
  • Proactively communicate guest feedback, concerns, or compliments to the management team to help improve service delivery and guest satisfaction
